Hi Tyler,
	You have said that the motor in in good shape. What about the rest of the tractor--the tin, the paint, tires, etc.? Do you plan a full restore, a clean up only? What does it need? As far as the lights go, my guess is the switch. Disconect the wires at the switch ane touch them to the positive and negative of the battery and see if the lights come on.  (Were all the 88's 12 volt from the factory? Is it possible that someone changed from 6 to 12 volts and simply didn't change the lights over to the 12 volt system, but simply disconected them?)
