Mike,

You should check 2 things:
1 - is your crankcase vent plugged?? Something is allowing pressure to build up in crankcase and push the seal out.
2 - do you have excessive blow by?? If you have rings worn real bad, hole in piston, etc could cause more pressure than what the vent can release.
