Ed , sometimes it just isn't worth the time and trouble to get into an 
argument with an idiot. They will drag you down
to their level of insults and you will not change their mind anyway. And 
then there are the "trolls" who just seem
to live for argument and criticism.
I was recently called a "bloody idiot" in the comments section of one of 
my farming videos but I kept calm (at least
outwardly) and replied with an explanation as to my methods of working 
with machinery. He had no reply.
