[AT] Welding Advice

Right now it is set with the + hooked to the ground cable and the - goes 
through the wire. I think that is the correct set-up for flux core. I 
was just practicing using some 1/8" angle iron. I think I may be holding 
the tip too far away from the pool. I'm still working my way through 
weldingtipsandtricks site, which is very helpful.
