[AT] off topic, Internet takeover by govt ?

The first time I ever heard of state inspections was when I was in the army in 1959. I was stationed at Ft. Bliss and bought a 1950 Buick Roadmasterand and had to get it inspected.  Boy that brings back all kinds of memories!
