Ivan, I'm not familiar enough with that model tractor to spot anything
wrong, but on general principle I recommend your friend buy a parts manual
for it (which would likely answer his question about what's supposed to be
where).  Good ones are available at www.binderbooks.com.

   Buddy of mine bought a new toy and needs some help . He is having
problems with the hitch on a International 300 . The seller said there is a
part missing ,thought it was a cylinder that went from the rock shaft on the
left side forward . Here is the link . Anyone able to help
