[AT] help wit IH 300

   Buddy of mine bought a new toy and needs some help . He is having 
problems with the hitch on a International 300 . The seller said there 
is a part missing ,thought it was a cylinder that went from the rock 
shaft on the left side forward . Here is the link . Anyone able to help
