Looked it up it is now a historical building and nonprofit center being used
as an instructional museum.   Their mission statement "Our mission is to
preserve and restore Ben's Mill for all visitors, serving as an institution
for education, interpretation and a museum of living history."  They are
looking to restore the dam and return to hydro power.
