I finally bought a chop saw this past winter. It is a Dewalt, around 5hp 
from Lowes. I'm still using the blade that came with it. I've been cutting 
some pretty beefy stuff, 3" heavy wall tubing, 4 x 6 heavy angle, 6 inch 
channel iron (that was a bit much for it). The next time I need a blade I'll 
check in with my local welding shop supplier and see what they have to 
offer.
