I'd do a compression test on each cylinder just to verify that you don't
have a valve that's burnt or broken.  Not likely, but it will at least rule
out the valves as a possibility, even if they check out from an adjustment
standpoint.
I've also seen plugs that have a nice healthy spark *out* of the cylinder
not work while *in* the cylinder under compression.  And it sounds like
you've replaced everything but the plugs and wires, so do you have any
spares you can swap around?
And I'll assume the impulse coupling is working, and not that you're
managing to just spin it fast enough?
Lastly, could you also have bad fuel?
