[AT] 4200 steering

Every time a rat pees on the resistor on my fly by wire 1995 7.3 power
stroke diesel, I can get stranded in the middle of an intersection while
trying to go...... A rat cannot really hurt hydraulic lines, but they
really play havoc on wires.....
