WOW I have not meet Mike in person but have mailed back and forth many times
with him. Just pray that all goes well with his recovery. Please let us know
if you hear any thing. I think Mike Reggie is in his area and know he would
step in and help if needed.
Mike are you reading this.

>> I am not on ATIS anymore but I believe Mike Sloane still is, we had not
>> heard from him in a couple of weeks and decided we should checked in. The
>> following is an update on what happened, and what we currently know.
>>
>> Diane answered tonight, hopefully I got everything straight, Mike had a
>> brain tumor, was airlifted to Morristown Hosp., operated on and either
>> yesterday or today was transferred to a rehab center. Diane said they
>> went into town to do errands and Mike said he felt disoriented, they did
>> what they had to do and on the way home Diane said she knew something was
>> wrong. When he got home he didn’t know how to use the key to open the
>> front door and was acting strange. He went up to go on the computer and
>> she heard a noise like he stumbled. she was going to go up but he came
>> down and told her he couldn’t write. She asked if she should call 911 and
>> he said yes. While waiting for the ambulance he had a seizure and when
>> they arrived they called for the Medevac chopper. He was operated on the
>> next day. I ask if he will be ok and she said he is determined to get
>> back to being busy. I didn’t want to question too much but it sounded
>> like he has to learn to walk etc. but she did say he was very determined
>> and wanted to start therapy as soon as possible. I ask if he could take
>> calls but it sounds like he can’t talk too well so she is going to ask
>> him if he will take a call. She knew who I was and recognized all your
>> names, remembered that they were supposed to meet us in Florida 15 years
>> ago. I’m trying to remember everything she said, as it comes back I’ll
>> let you know. We left it that I would call he early in the week for an
>> update and see if we can call. Their son flew out from Calif. and is with
>> her, she can’t drive and only can only see images. She was upbeat,
>> sounded hopeful and was happy that we thought enough to get in touch. She
>> is going to say “hi” from all of us. I’m stunned, how about the rest of
>> you?
>>
>> I thought you might be able to pass the info on Mike's condition to the
>> list, I'm sure he would appreciate everyones prayers and good wishes.
>>
>> We will figure out a way to pass them along.
>>
>> Thank you for your consideration
