Cecil, 
	Since I was a little boy I've always marveled at what a farmer goes through to produce what feeds our great nation, and how much you guys are at the mercy of the weather! I'm not sure what legal grounds you have against the dealer. However, I do believe that if he were a moral man he would somehow make it "right". I'd think that in a farm community a businessman would be particularly concerned about his reputation!
	The tires are another issue. Good help (at a reasonable price) is hard to find anywhere these days. Good help on a farm has to be even more difficult! You really can't blame those who are willing to work hard for what they charge--they need to feed their families, and the day of the ten cent ice-cream cone is long gone!  Sure hope that you dry out soon and get those tires on!
