[AT] More ice

We're getting hammered with freezing rain up here in NW Vermont.  It built 
up all day, sort of on-and-off, totaling somewhere on the high side of 1/4", 
maybe as much as 3/8".  The southern part of the state is getting rain for 
the most part.  Forecast is for slightly higher than freezing temperatures 
tomorrow but maybe another 1/2" of ice accumulation as well.

This one won't be as widespread the 1998 ice storm but it has the making to 
be a doozy just the same.
