Howard, I left Hagerstown at 10 am Monday morning and it rained pretty hard
at times between there and Winchester where I got off on 50/17. From there
on the rain was
not so bad and the wind subsided a good bit too. I was getting blown around
pretty good on 81 and it was a tail wind. If it had been a head wind, or
side wind it would have
probably been much worse. Truck traffic was heavy both ways on 81 but
through 17 to Fredericksburg and south on 95 the traffic was light.

No problems here in Front Royal, VA (70 miles or so from DC).
Power (or internet service) did not even go out this time around (for a
change).
Still raining (lightly) here tho.
