[AT] MF 2244 crawler with Perkins diesel

If you can fis the liner problem, I have re-used the bearings in an
enginer with anti-freeze damage. I cleaned the pearings up with
scotch-brite or just carb cleaner spray and a rag. Then clecked the
wear with a plasti-gage. You would be surprised how much abuse those 3
cyl perkins engines could withstand. However, before I reinstalled the
head I would check for cracks. When you re-install the head use a good
stop leak in the coolant. We always used Perma-Seal with every overhaul
and every one that came into our hands. They have a habit of cracking
because the heads are so thin.
