[AT] Preachers and Dynamite?

Al,  I know a guy that blows beaver dams now.   I don't know what he has to 
go through to do it.

I think I have heard my dad mention ditching dynamite.

Up until a few years ago, probably around 9-11, there were several guys in 
the area that were licensed to blow out beaver dams with dynamite.  I don't 
think they are allowed to get it anymore.
