[AT] Kat's Circulating Tank heaters

Guys... I do not begrudge the shop from making a profit. They earn every 
penny they charge, and believe me I have paid them plenty of pennies over 
the last 20 years.  I was just hoping that this would be one of the few 
times that I could actually do something myself and save a few dollars.  As 
I get older, those projects that I can handle are getting fewer all of the 
time.

I assumed this list was here to help members tackle things like this.  If 
you can't help, that's fine.
