[AT] Talking about shops/sheds + (OT) Building Code Changes

don't know about political regulations but some lending agencies will not 
lend money on homes unless they meet building codes.  Some lenders will 
allow escrow accounts  to make repairs or updates some won't. I think this 
also depends on what particular codes are not being met and if there are 
serious health or safety issues.
