[Ford-ferguson] Air cleaner problem - Ford 860

Whatever the reason, I have decided that the only real solution is to 
remove the bowl and keep it in the (barely) heated section of the barn. 
Then, when I am ready to use the tractor, I will just bring the bowl out 
and put it on.
