[AT] OT - Wooden foundation vs Concrete?

Just my personal opinion, but I don't think much of the idea of a wood 
foundation, no matter what kind of treatment. I have a post and beam 
shed that seems fine after 15 years, but I don't think I would count on 
something like that for a house.
