I found an Oxy-Hydrogen welder at a pawn shop that contained its own generator. I did some research on the chemicals, and found that if I purchased them, I would automatically be "in the sights" of all sorts of regulatory groups. I took it back and got my money back from the pawn shop.
It just used peroxide, but it was far beyond ordinary mouth wash.
