[Farmall] 1942 Farmall H distillate or gas

This IS the best list there is for Farmall tractors, so you don't have 
to look any farther! :-)

I always recommend going to Binder Books <www.binderbooks.com> for 
manuals - their quality is superb, and the prices and services are quite 
good.
