[AT] Tractor ID

Here are a couple of pictures of tractors on a place I am going to buy.  
They were taken by friends at a distance and these were the only 
pictures of the tractors they took.  I will be there looking at the 
place in a week and the owner wants me to make an offer for the 
machinery.  To that end I need an idea of what they are and how much.  
Sorry about the poor quality, this is all I have until a week from now.

Tractor one is seen only by the rather unique fenders.  I am hoping 
someone can identify by the fenders.

Tractor 2 is an International and I am not sure if it is part of the 
deal.  Can anyone guess the model, its age, and approximate value?
