[Farmall] Replacing the gas tank

I am really cheap, so what I would do in a similar situation is put some 
self-tapping screws back in the holes, after coating them with 
non-hardening gasket cement - gasoline won't touch that stuff. (The only 
thing that I have found to get it off my hands is carburetor/brake 
cleaner!) Then I would cover the heads of the screws with more cement, 
just for an added touch.
