Charles,
I would recommend that, after cleaning, you scuff the surface with either
a scuff pad, AKA Scotch-Brite, or 400 grit sandpaper. This will give the
surface some "tooth" to help the bed liner stick much better. In other
words, prepare the surface just like you were going to give the deck
underside a good paint job.

How did you prepare the underside of your deck before applying the spray on 
bed liner?  Since your has stayed on and others hasn't done so well, just 
wondering if the difference might be in metal preparation.

I need to do something to mine.  It is sticking to it bad here in W. NC.
