[Farmall] Super A Carb Leak

I've been a way from this stuff for a while but if memory serves me
correctly there should be no gas in the choke housing. If there is then
something isn't shutting off the gas to the bowl. I noticed you put a new
float in. Is it mounted correctly. If memory serves me it can be put in
upside down. Are the ears possibly bent and making contact with the bowl
when the gas level goes down thus making it bind when it needs to rise to
close the needle as the gas flows into the bowl. After the carb is
completely assembled and before you mout the carb on the tractor, roll the
carb so you can hear the float "flop" up and down to make sure it goes up
and down without binding. I don't know if anyone else mentioned this. Just
another place to check.
