[Farmall] Wobbly front end on H

I also have a 1940 H with this problem.  In my case the wheel bearings 
are good; but there's slack in the steering apparently due to wear on 
the worm gear (the sector gear has been replaced) & universal.  I found 
that the problem could be minimized by having exactly the same pressure 
in each front tire.  A real fix would likely be a new worm gear & 
universal on the steering shaft?
