I have a SuperC that has started to surge at all speeds. It does it wether it is in gear or in neutral. If it's in gear it stalls. When I look at the carb when it occurs it appears the govenor is trying to "catch up" with the reduction in engine speed. Seems to do it only after it warms up. Any theories? Dick
