Some of the better (expensive) digital meters have an analog graph
typically on the bottom of the display.
I find I use the $1.99 on sale, Harbor Freight meters the most. They have
a built in 1 1/2 volt and 9 volt tester that is very handy. I have several
and have them in all the vehicles. I also like the cheap lamp type
testers. One problem with higher end digital meters are they are to high
impedance for many tests. They will indicate voltage when none is really present.
I have a lab Fluke meter that I haven't turned on for a couple of years. I
mostly use a "Wiggins" for AC tests.
