[AT] Odd rod on a WD Allis?

Looks like the rod that picked up the front mount cultivator.  a rocker 
was under the axle to change the lift direction at the arms to a pull. 
If they pushed the cultivator up from the back it would have taken rods 
in the way of the operator and they would have been really large to pick 
up the weight of the cultivator on the front..
