[AT] New question

That's easy.
1986, Van Buren Flywheelers, Van Buren County Fairgrounds, Hartford, MI, probably had maybe a dozen exhibitors.
I'd had no idea until then that anyone else shared my strange obsession with old machinery, let alone got together at a show. My father-in-law found out about the show and I was hooked harder than ever.
A big thank-you to all the great people that have made the last couple of decades so pleasurable to me and my family. Yes, that means you, too.
BTW, that club moved on to purchase it's own grounds and change it's status and is now the Michigan Flywheelers Museum. We are located just outside of South Haven, Mi and are still growing strong! One of the largest shows in Michigan (and IMHO the best)!
Only problem for me is that I spend a large portion of my spring & summer working at and for the museum. Makes it hard to get to very many other shows. I'm not complaining as I could ease off and have more time but I love what I do and am very committed to where we are going. This 'hobby' is so much a labor of love for me.

Didn't hug a horse or tractor today but did pet our project truck.
