As is most of the Ethanol subsidy, i.e. exemption from road taxes. And the
whole idea that a tax exemption isn't a subsidy is a fantasy. Good grief.

Hi Guy, The things to which you refer are simply a decrease in TAXES paid by
the oil companies, they ARE NOT a "subsidy."
