[Farmall] Int. 184 overhaul - a mystery

Finally after 3 years of tearing apart the AV it's been put back together
enough to attempt running it.  What a sweet sound it is to here it come back
to life.

I now have a question, I remember a thread regarding the generator.  I
measured the voltage coming off of both posts and find that I am getting
less than 2 volts on each pole.  I know something needs to be done here, but
my memory is at a loss?

Any help appreciated
