Answering my own email here. I just figured that those wheels were off
of an IHC since someone at the auction said that they were. Today I
looked closer and compared and by gum, I'm pretty sure that they are
off of a VAC Case...  :-)
The fronts are just like the ones on both of mine. The rears are just
like the ones on my parts VAC. The running VAC has rims with 4 raised
humps (highly technical term) spaced around the wheel for the rim
clamps. The rims I bought and the ones on my parts VAC have a
continuous raised ridge all the way around the rim for the clamps.
