[AT] WAS: Snow Blower now Belt Dressing

I find the flat belts are very subject to slipping and the slightest
mis-alignment of pulleys. The other day I hitched the Cockshutt 50 up to the
hammer mill with the long (30 feet) flat belt and got it right first time.
It ran for the entire 150 bushels of oats with no problems of slippage or
running off the end of the pulley. More good luck than good judgement I'd
say. Some times I can try numerous attempts to correct the alignemnt by
moving the tractor fractionally one way or the other with no success. .
I did not know Princess Auto store was not available to you but if memory
serves me this belt dressing might have been a Wynns product. I'll try and
remember to check next time I am near it.
