[Farmall] fan pulley and set screw

Good Work!!!

There are a couple of places on the outer sheave where you can put a 
brass punch and gently tap, tap, tap. After a while it will start to 
move. Don't get crazy with the hammer - you don't want to be calling 
around to salvage yards for a new sheave...
