[Farmall] Cub governor inspection and reinstallation

Same thing with 2 small adjustments for the Cub.
1) You are looking at an idler gear rather than the cam gear.
2) The relevant marks on the governor and idler gear are single punches on 
the back side.  The one on the idler may not be visible with the seal in 
place.
