They are available form NAPA, our local one even stocks them.  There is 
a short and a tall one though, you need to know which yours is.  The 
ones for my H even came with a new gasket for the housing.  It is like 
an O'ring, but square sided and goes down in the groove where the filter 
housing seats.  The old one is probably hard and really packed in  A 
small sharp screwdriver or a dental pick (most auto parts and hardware 
stores sell them), is real handy to get it out.
