Hi John:

I have the tank and other stuff waiting for a "round tuit" to assemble
for a parts washer. I didn't think of it, I'm just stealing the idea.
:-)
You use a tank / bucket or what ever with a screen tray (with edges)
that will lower down into the solvent far enough to cover the parts.
You close the lid then turn on a valve that feeds regulated compressed
air into a tube with a row of holes drilled in it that runs across the
tank below the tray but not down on the bottom of the tank (you leave
room for the crud to settle out). The air bubbles churn the solvent
with the aggressiveness controlled by the valve and air regulator. You
go do something else and let it churn the solvent around the parts.
Note: It is a good idea to place the air coupler above the top of the
solvent line so solvent does not feed back when it is off.
My favorite solvent is mineral spirits. I do like the Safety Kleen
system but their solvent (good stuff) will really dry your hands out.
I did like the way they came and serviced the unit and it was nice
that you filtered the solvent all of the time while you washed parts.
