[AT] Spam> Ford 445 parts

Hi all.
I have a friend with an early'80's  Ford 445 skip loader.   The front
hydraulic pump that powers the bucket no longer turns with the coupling. 
It appears the splines have worn out. Dealer wants $840 for a pump, and
$450 for the coupler.  Any suggestions to find replacement parts cheaper?
