I don't know if there is anyone that sells 12V starters ready made, 
but any good auto electric shop should
be able to rewind the A-C starter so it was 12V.
There really isn't any need to do this as the original 6V starter 
will work just fine on 12V as long as it isn't
used so hard that it gets hot enough to melt the solder that is in 
the windings. Usually a well tuned A-C
engine will start within a couple of seconds unless it is so cold 
that the oil keeps it from turning over at
normal cranking speed.
