[AT] 98 Dodge 3500

There must be some system that only goes to work when the truck is in N, D, 
1,2 or 3.  If you can figure out what that is you'll be on the right track. 
Maybe it's something in the transmission.  When it goes into N or a forward 
gear it's somehow working against it's self but when it's in P or R it's 
normal.  I don't know much about Dodge trucks so I'm no help.
