 I don't have a parts book in front of me but it sounds like you are 
describing the 2 phenolic insulating washers. Something tells me they may 
have been molded as I seem to remember the part number embossed on one of 
them. If Standard or a mag rebuilder can't supply them at a reasonable cost, 
do you have a friend with a lathe that could make them for you out of either 
phenolic or plastic (Teflon should work well).

Also, Rice Equipment or Justin Weber may have them NOS.
