Mattias,

Thank you for the reminder.  I'll be buying a nice little island as  
soon as I win the lottery here.  That could happen most any time (as  
soon as I buy a ticket, that is).  They let you get the whole 100  
million dollars over thirty years a little bit at a time.  Or, you can  
get about one third of that (or less) if you take it as a lump sum.

Now let me see,  I'm 64, so the last half of my hundred million will  
come to me after I'm 80.  Maybe I won't want to be restoring old  
tractors on my little island at that age.  So I'll take what little  
money they will give me now, and not worry about my Mediterranean  
villa submerging any time soon.
