[Farmall] Farmall H - Won't Start

Start by checking all your battery cables and connections.  Connections need 
to be clean and tight.  Scrape the connectors clean and make sure they are 
tight.  If the battery cable ends are the bolt on type remove and clean the 
cable to connector connection or replace with good cables.  Don't forget to 
clean the ground cable ends as well.

Not sure if this is how to post a question, but here goes...
I have a 53 H that doesn't want to start.  I have replaced the battery and 
had the starter rebuilt.  It just doesn't do anything when I hit the 
starter.  I did move a little before I had the starter rebuilt but would not 
turn the motor over.  I was able to get it pull started, but thats not real 
easy with the trip loader on it.  I am having the starter pulled again to 
see if we can bench test it.  Any other ideas?  I tried jumping the starter 
button with a screw driver but that doesn't do anything besides a little 
spark.  Any help greatly appreciated.  I was hoping to get this figured out 
before the snow, but didn't make it.
