Not sure what the problem is you're having.

I just created another userid on the Forums without any problem and was able to log on as the new user.

After you fill out the registration form (completely) and submit the request, you will get an email back with a link you have to go to activate the userid.

If you fill out the registration and follow the instructions of the email sent to you it should work.

I don't know if Spencer responds to ATIS email list posting, but hopefully he would.
