IH dealer did have the complete kit, it's not a hard pump to rebuild.
Check it close for scoring on the housing and the ends of the gears.

Well it could be but the usual suspect is common wear. Last one I
rebuilt I polished the shaft and installed the new seal with a shim
behind it to miss the groove worn on the shaft.
