The downpressure would have to be switch-able, which of course is an
easy thing to do hydraulically.  Otherwise you'd need a chain top-link
for implements like mowers and blades, so they can float up with the
terrain.  But with chain top-link it's not a true 3-point anymore,
perhaps 2.5-point?
