[AT] OT: How to change file date

Hello all computer nerds,

If have and OLD  digital camera that resets the date to 1999 every time the 
batteries die.   I rarely remember to reset the date so I have a zillion 
pictures taken in  1999.  I see several shareware programs and commercial 
programs that help  to reset file attributes.  Any suggestions?
